Today is a nice, beautiful day. The weather is just awesome. It is in the low to mid 70s, and this drink is just superb.
This drink it like having 80% apple juice mixed with 20% of a light champagne. At chilled temperatures, it is a wonderful drink. At room-temp, it is still drinkable and pleasant.
At first, you can feel the light bubbling sensation on your tongue. Then, you taste the clean, crisp apple cider followed by the light taste of champagne.
I like to drink it chilled because it is a relaxing mid-day/evening drink.
